Welcome to SentiKits. By accessing our website or purchasing our products you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About SentiKits
SentiKits is a consumer wellness brand offering therapist-developed emotional support kits, a companion app, and related content. Our products are designed to support people navigating grief, heartbreak, and life transitions. SentiKits is not a medical provider, therapist, or mental health treatment service. Our products are not a substitute for professional mental health care.
2. Who Can Use Our Site
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from SentiKits. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or older or are purchasing under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
3. Products and Pricing
We do our best to display our products and pricing accurately. We reserve the right to correct any errors, update pricing, or discontinue products at any time without notice. If a pricing error affects your order we will contact you before processing.
4. Orders and Payment
By placing an order you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full amount of your order including any applicable taxes and shipping fees. All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion and will issue a full refund if we do so.
5. Shipping
We ship within 24 hours of purchase. Free standard shipping is included on all domestic orders. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. For full details please see our Shipping Policy.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the curated and personal nature of our kits we do not accept returns or exchanges. If anything arrives damaged or defective we will replace it. For full details please see our Refund Policy.
7. The SentiKits App
Access to the SentiKits app is included with qualifying kit purchases for the duration stated at the time of purchase. App features, content, and availability are subject to change. We are not responsible for interruptions in service caused by maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control. Digital access is non-refundable once issued.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and within our products — including the workbook, card decks, app content, copy, design, and branding — is owned by SentiKits and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
9. Not a Medical or Mental Health Service
SentiKits products are designed to offer emotional support and structured reflection tools. They are not medical advice, therapy, or crisis intervention. 10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SentiKits and its founders, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, website, or app. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or products after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
