Shipping Policy

Every SentiKit is packed with care before it leaves our hands. Here is everything you need to know about getting yours.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 states via USPS and UPS.

Free Standard Shipping — 5 to 7 business days — always included on every order, no minimum required.

Expedited Shipping — 2 to 3 business days — available at checkout for an additional fee calculated based on your location.

Gift Shipping

Sending a kit to someone else? Enter their address at checkout and add a personal note in the gift message field. We will include your message inside the box. Pricing information is never included in the package.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use that number to track your package directly through USPS or UPS. If you do not receive a tracking email within 24 hours of your order please check your spam folder first, then reach out to us at hello@sentikits.com.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your kit arrives damaged please email us at hello@sentikits.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace any damaged items promptly.

If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and any household members, then contact your local post office. If it is still missing reach out to us at hello@sentikits.com and we will do everything we can to help.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping but are working to make SentiKits available worldwide. If you are outside the United States and would like to be notified when international shipping launches, email us at hello@sentikits.com and we will add you to the list.
